Rejuvenating Trip Part 4

4th Day (11 May 2013) - Bangkok

To spend the 4th day, we go to the Madame Tussaud, Siam Paragon and the Temples.
We are using shuttle bus to go SIAM, the centre of Bangkok. It's FREE service from our hotel.
First we go to siam discovery, where Madame Tussaud is.

The admission is 800 baht. If you want to take photo and go to sea world there will be another charge.

We choose only for wax statue attraction only.
A lot of inspirational people were in wax figure.
It's was fun to take picture with them.
My favourite is : Johnny Depp, Bruce lee and Obama figures.
For taking picture we have to queue with another tourist.
There are some mini games such as penalty kick, karaoke, and knowledge.

At the end point of madame tussaud, there are gift shop, you can buy merchandise of madame tussaud here.
it cost around 50 - 300 baht.

From madame tussaud, we went to Siam Paragon. As you know the Siam Discovery, Siam Centre and Siam Paragon are in the same location, so easy to reach.
At siam paragon, there are some exhibition of True Sim card, honestly I want to ask the sales girl, but when I say "English ok?" they didn't answer just shaking their head orz.
Okay, then just ignored their English ability. We have lunch at siam paragon.
it's 15 baht include green tea (its not tasty).

We continue our journey to go to Saphan Taksin, and arrived at central pier, we bought tourist pass for river boat for 150 baht , it valid until 10 pm and will end at Asiatique.
They gave green tea for free.
First we go to Wat Lang, there are a temple and I don't what its name, because this district have no English sign. So we have to be careful here.
And this is important : Don't you ever kicked the offerings, or you will be cursed!
We went back to the pier and enjoy the river boat, then stopped at Tha Chang to see the Grand Palace, but they was closed, we are late because the Grand Palace closed at 3.00 pm and we are arrived at Grand Palace at 4 pm, so we decided to see the temples via tourist river boat.

at 5.30 we back from central pier and went to chatuchak market.

How to get there:
From Saphan Taksin, go to Siam (National Stadium direction)
After change at siam, go to mo chit

The chatuchak market will be seen at the Sign board of Mo Chit station.
You should have at least 500 baht and you will bought most of chatuchak goods.
Yes! most of it, because it was so cheap!! of course if you're good at bargaining LOL

We back at ratchaprarop at 9 pm and have dinner at KFC near the hotel,
I bought instant noodle for 13 baht for the next day breakfast.

At hotel we decided to go to the Sky View, we got it FREE because we're stayed at this hotel. For those who didn't stay at another hotel should paid 400 baht per pax.
The sky view located on 77th floor.

That was our day 4 trip.

4th day budget:
Shuttle to Siam : FREE
Tourist river boat : 150 baht
Dinner at KFC : 20 baht
Instant noodle : 13 baht
Madame tussaud entrance : 800 baht
Chatuchak shopping : 350 baht
bottled drink : 7.5 baht
Credit True simcard : 50 baht
Lunch at siam paragon : 15 baht
Train fee : 50 baht ( a day)

Total : 1.455,5 baht
